Chuẩn bị đầy đủ các giấy tờ nộp trực tuyến – ở dạng bản scan

  1. Hộ chiếu
  2. Ảnh thẻ chân dung nền trắng
  3. Giấy xin nghỉ phép từ công ty, có đóng mộc công ty
  1. Sao kê ngân hàng: Sao kê lương 03 tháng gần nhất, số dư nên để trên 50.000.000 VNĐ (Kèm dấu mộc của ngân hàng)
  2. Hợp đồng lao động
  3. Lịch trình: Ghi rõ lịch trình từng ngày dự kiến ở Hong Kong.
  4. Vé máy bay khứ hồi
  5. Xác nhận đặt phòng khách sạn – phù hợp với thời gian bay trên vé máy bay

BƯỚC 1: KHAI HỒ SƠ ONLINE

Tiếp theo, bạn điền các thông tin cá nhân theo dướng dẫn:
  • Name in English / Sex / DOB / Email / Marital status – bachelor/spinster: độc thân
  • Nationality/ Place of domicile : quốc tịch / nơi sinh sống
  • Travel document type: passport / Travel document no.: số passport
  • Place of issue: nơi cấp (Immigration Department)
  • Date of issue: ngày cấp / Date of expiry: ngày hết hạn
  • Is there any included spouse/partner …. ? Có ai đi chung chuyến du lịch với bạn không?
  • Present address: địa chỉ ở hiện tại / Permanent address: địa chỉ theo hộ khẩu thường trú
  • Contact telephone number: số điện thoại
  • Country/Territory of domicile: nước đang sinh sống
  • Has the applicant acquired PR … ? YES
  • Length of residence in country – Ví dụ bạn 25 tuổi thì điền số năm sinh sống tại VN là 25 years
  • Occupation: nghề nghiệp
  • Monthly income/deposit: chọn 1 trong 2 ví dụ chọn income và quy đổi ra đô Hongkong HKD
  • Name of current employer: Tên công ty hiện tại / Addres of … : địa chỉ công ty
  • Previous Travel Records to HK
* Number of previous entries to HK (if any) số lần đã đến Hongkong trước đó (nếu có)
  • Details of proposed stay in HK
  • Proposed date of entry: ngày nhập cảnh dự kiến
  • Proposed duration of stay: số ngày dự định ở HK (visa HK thường chỉ cho duration of stay tầm 7 ngày)
  • Purpose of travelling to HK: visit – du lịch hoặc transit – quá cảnh
  • Proposed number of journeys to HK: xin visa loại single hay double hay multiple
  • Accommodation arrangement in HK: tên hotel dự định ở
  • Address: Bấm vào Input. Chọn English/ Within HK/ Address detail: Floor, unit (flat v.v..), Full addres: chỗ này sẽ hiện ra suggest của trang web về các địa chỉ bên Hongkong
  • Arrival Flight Information: Thông tin chuyến bay đi
  • Departure Flight Information: Thông tin chuyến bay về
  • Purpose of visit: mục đích chuyến đi (Leisure visit: du lịch)
  • Sponsor in HK: Bạn có thể điền tên công ty hoặc người trợ cấp cho bạn, nếu bạn tự chi trả cho chuyến đi của mình thì có thể viết “I have the means to fund my trip to Hong Kong without relying on any financial assistance or sponsorship.”
 

BƯỚC 2: CHUẨN BỊ GIẤY TỜ ĐỂ UPLOAD

1. The applicant’s recent photograph: ảnh 4×6 nền trắng
2. Valid travel documents: up file scan passport (những trang có thông tin)
3. Proof of the applicant’s financial standing:
  • Sao kê tài khoản nhận lương – có highlight các dòng nhận tiền
  • Xác nhận số dư stk song ngữ có mộc đỏ của bank.
  • Sổ tiết kiệm/ xác nhận tiết kiệm Online
4. Proof of transportation: vé máy bay
Mẹo: Nếu bạn chưa mua vé máy bay vì muốn chắc chắn có visa trước rồi mới tiến hành thanh toán, bạn có thể mua vé trả sau để lấy code như sau: Vào web VNA chọn chuyến bay SGN-Hongkong và ngày phù hợp sau đó điền hết thông tin, đến bước thanh toán bạn chọn chế độ Pay Later, bên VNA sẽ gửi về email mình confirmation, các bạn lưu lại và up lên thôi!
